  • Vital-IT offers a different approach to servicing your I.T. needs. Our goal is to align with our customers, eliminate wasted man hours, reduce downtimes and stabilize expenses. We do not offer bulk service/hours or retail products. We will never over-bill. We will never earn any commissions. A VitalCare service agreement ensures that we are on the same team as our client.

  • Being aligned with Vital-IT means that we share and work towards the same goals. Vital-IT will find and recommend the best suited product for your needs and budget. By not providing our own retail products we are not limited to a selection and price point determined by our commissions.

MOBILITY AND INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE

  • Want to get more from your mobile technology? Are you new to Mobile Devices? We can help. Synchronize your email accounts, contacts and calendars across multiple devices. Share data with coworkers and friends. Learn the most popular apps, what they do and how to use them. Want your device to stand out? Learn how to customize its look and feel.

  • You have specific needs and they will change and evolve with time. Understand your options as they develop and learn how Technology can create flexibility and new potential.

FLAT RATE, NO STRINGS

  • Know your service is being performed diligently. Our flat rate billing ensures you are not paying for wasted time.

  • Although our agreements are written and reviewed on an annual basis, they end with as little as 30 days of notice. Avoid being locked into inadequate service by unused service hours or long term contractual agreements.

PREVENTION & FORCASTING

  • Keep production high and downtime at a minimum through planning and maintenance. Prevention is a key component to our continued success. Maintenance and change management is a far more effective way to build and maintain a network than replacing broken parts when they break. Long, unscheduled repair jobs damage your bottom line as well as ours.

  • Know what your I.T. is going to cost ahead of time. No surprises. With proper planning we can avoid equipment failing out of warranty and eliminate unexpected replacement costs, in turn stabilizing cash flow.

PROJECTS & HOURLY SERVICE

  • Do you have a project that needs implementing? Do you have some computers but they don’t communicate reliably? Do you have an aged network that is under performing? Is a Network worth it? Vital IT will discuss and assess your needs with you and will recommend a solution that meets your requirements.
